Always be your best self!

Giving back through life-changing experiences.

Giving back through life-changing experiences.

All year, you pour into everyone else. This month, we're asking every mama in our community to pour a little back into yourself, because a full cup is how you keep showing up.
Small ways to care for you:
Rest without needing a reason for it.
Let "no" be a complete sentence this week.
Call the friend who makes you laugh until it hurts.
Step outside and breathe for five slow minutes.
Ask for help and actually let someone give it.
However, you choose to self-care this month, you deserve it.

"They" tried to silence me. Now my story has a microphone.
Sharing my story isn't about the spotlight, it's so survivors know their story doesn't end with survival, it begins with healing. Thank you, CBS Atlanta, for helping us amplify a mission that's changing lives, one story at a time.
Every swing tells a story. This one tells ours.
The Hannah Marie Golf Classic isn't just a tournament, it's a legacy. Named for my daughter, it carries her story and our family's journey forward, turning what could have been an ending into a mission that keeps growing, one year and one scholarship at a time. Thank you, 11Alive, for helping us tell that story and amplify a mission that's changing lives.

The impact of domestic violence inspired the creation of Happy Mama Happy Mini, Inc. Join us in raising your voice against this pervasive issue; your words can break the silence, inspire hope, and ignite change, just as our co-founders have.
Every voice matters in the fight against abuse. Stand strong, speak out, and be a guiding light for those who need support and healing.
Our co-founder also shares her powerful testimony as a contributing author in the book Phenomenal Forgiveness, including the chapter titled Why Not Me? A heartfelt reminder that healing is possible, and your story still has purpose.
Starfish are often seen as symbols of regeneration, healing, and resilience. They also represent balance, harmony, and interconnectedness, reflecting unity and wholeness. In this context, we see two starfish: one large, representing the mama, and the other smaller, symbolizing the mini. The large starfish is adorned with multiple colors, representing the wisdom and experiences gained throughout motherhood, while the smaller one is a single color, symbolizing the purity and innocence of a child. Together, they highlight the beauty of the bond between mother and child. Additionally, starfish are linked to intuition and divine feminine energy, embodying the strength and grace needed to navigate life’s challenges with adaptability and wisdom.
