The Brave Girl Circle exists to empower young girls with knowledge, confidence, and emotional support as they navigate puberty, body changes, and self-discovery. We create safe, affirming spaces where girls can ask questions freely, learn without shame, and build healthy relationships with themselves and others.
Through age-appropriate education, honest conversations, and community support, we aim to break cycles of silence around topics like periods, puberty, body autonomy, and emotional wellness. Our mission is to ensure every girl feels seen, supported, and equipped with the tools she needs to grow into a confident, informed, and emotionally healthy young woman.
At its core, The Brave Girl Circle is about helping girls understand that their bodies are normal, their voices matter, and their growth is something to be celebrated, not feared.
Vision: A world where every girl grows up informed, confident, and unashamed of her body, her voice, and her journey into womanhood.

The Brave Girl Circle hosts interactive, age-appropriate events and experiences designed to educate and empower girls during their developmental years. Our programming includes:
We meet girls where they are removing shame, building understanding, and encouraging pride in their growth journey. Empowering girls to grow with confidence, knowledge, and courage through every stage of becoming.

Over the past four years, The Brave Girl Circle has intentionally remained an intimate experience, serving small groups of 10–15 girls at a time. This small-circle model creates a safe, personal environment where every girl is seen, heard, and supported, allowing them to ask real questions without embarrassment or fear of judgment.
Because of this structure, each session feels less like an event and more like a guided conversation, fostering trust, openness, and meaningful connection during a critical stage of development. A powerful part of this experience also includes teen peer speakers who share openly with the girls and create space for honest dialogue, allowing participants to ask questions, hear real-life perspectives, and connect in a way that feels relatable and reassuring.
To ensure accurate, age-appropriate, and trusted education, we partner with medical professionals, including Nurse Alexis, CRNA, CNL, MSN, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Georgia. She brings clinical expertise and a compassionate, relatable approach to conversations around puberty, body changes, and reproductive health.
This intentional combination of small-group intimacy, peer connection, and licensed medical guidance is what makes The Brave Girl Circle both impactful and deeply trusted by families. Girls leave not only informed, but more confident, comfortable, and supported in understanding their bodies and navigating their growth.

The Brave Girl Circle continues to grow because of community support, intentional partnerships, and people who believe in the importance of safe, affirming spaces for young girls.
We collaborate with schools, churches, youth programs, and community organizations to bring The Brave Girl Circle experience directly into spaces where girls need it most.
Your support helps us provide program materials, secure trusted facilitators, and expand access to girls and families who may not otherwise be able to participate. Every contribution directly supports facilitation costs and allows us to continue creating safe spaces for learning, confidence, and growth.
Whether through partnership, sponsorship, or donation, your support directly impacts the next generation of confident, informed young girls.
Each session is intentionally designed to be interactive, supportive, and developmentally appropriate, with a focus on creating safe spaces where girls can learn, ask questions, and grow without shame.
